The Air Handling Units are available in Double Skin and Single Skin Construction as per Custom Size & Design. Double Skin Handling unit are available with or without thermal break optionally. The basic assembly consists of fan section with DIDW forward / backward curved centrifugal fan. The non-overloading design provides extremely quiet operation, high efficiency, low vibration and unbeatable reliability.
As per the requirements different sections are available like the Pre-Filter section, Fine Filter Sections, Hepa-Filter Section, Eliminator Section. Coil section with CW / DX / HW Coils & with double sandwich type of SS drain pan insulated with 25mm thick thermo Cole to prevent any type of sweating. Aluminum extruded framework with neo-prene gasket is provided for Double Skin Handling unit. Each section is provided with easily open able access doors. The blower & motor assembly is mounted on a common base frame on anti-vibration isolators. The unit is finished with powder coating.
